Leica Photography

All the photos were taken with the Leica M11. This wonderful camera produces stunning images when used with fast manual lenses, and creates a very soft bokeh at wide apertures. As I don’t live in Wetzlar, where the camera and lenses are manufactured, I buy my equipment here in Erfurt at Foto-Siegl. It’s not just a local shop; the advice they give there is also excellent. It’s not as if he wants to sell products at any cost; I’ve even heard him say about other products: “Mr Schmidt, that’s not for you; it doesn’t meet your standards.”
